Eating consciously is more important than ever, not only to nourish our bodies, but to protect our environment in all of its beauty.
We have so much power as consumers but I think sometimes we all feel a little helpless. I believe that making even small sacrifices to our diet can have a huge impact on our health whilst contributing more positively to our surroundings.
It is easy to feel confused and alienated by all the rhetoric surrounding diet and exercise and the ever changing information thrown at us. As a model and actress I have a huge amount of pressure to look a certain way, which has at times lead to an unhealthy relationship with food. Eating more consciously and studying the infinite ways nutrition can benefit our body and mind has really helped me to step away from this toxic way of living.
To me it is simple, balance. I create easy, healthy, delicious whole food recipes based on plant based nutrition that are designed to make you feel your best, inside and out.
