Refreshing watermelon + feta salad

🍉Watermelon + feta salad🍉

This is one of my favourite summer salads, so easy to make and really delicious! 

🍉You will need…

Watermelon cubed

1 red onion thinly sliced 

Handful of chopped mint 

Crumbled feta

1 tomato cubed 

1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 

Black pepper 

Just mix everything together and season to taste :)
